Proč jsem se rozhodl být mentorem: I am passionate about sharing my skills and experience, being the catalyst that „Awakens possibility“, brings more choice and creats lasting change.

O mně: Stuarts skills as a coach/mentor have been shaped by his life experiences. Initially working in the family business for 30 years in roles from production assistant to managing director covering areas ranging from operations to strategic marketing and sales. After leaving the family business, he became a head-hunter in the City of London, working with senior business leaders across Europe. Finding that coaching was the most important and stimulating part of the role, he became a qualified NLP practitioner and then master practitioner in coaching. He studied at the NLP University at UC Santa Cruz with Robert Dilts and Judy DeLozier in 2010. In 2011 he founded The Family Business Unit, building a network of coaches, coaching and mentoring key stakeholders in family businesses in the Czech Republic, the UK, Ireland and Italy. His key role is coaching coaches to more effectively support family members and non-family managers in this challenging environment. The Family Business Unit vision „Business and Family in Harmony “ Stuart has been living in the Czech Republic since 2008 and is married with 5 children.
