Děkujeme, že se chcete stát mentorem/mentorkou v již 6. ročníku programu Mentoring MINERVA 21. Jsme velmi rádi, že Vás oslovil celoroční program osobního rozvoje pro ženy a muže, kteří chtějí systematicky pracovat na svém osobním růstu, překonávat své limity a bariéry. Věříme, že společně dokážeme mnoho a naše společné „čeření vody“ má smysl.

Jako mentor/ka se stáváte osobním průvodcem, který provází mentee na cestě za svým osobním či profesním cílem.

INFORMACE K MENTORINGU:

  • Nábor nových mentees bude probíhat do 30. 6. 2020.
  • Párování mentorů s mentees proběhne na začátku srpna 2020
  • Od 3. týdne v srpnu Vás budeme informovat ohledně výsledků párování, popř. přiřazení vašeho/vaší mentee.
  • Po přiřazení mentee získáváte čestné členství v Minervě 21, a to po dobu mentorování – 1.9. 2020 – 30.6. 2021.
  • Díky čestnému členství můžete v průběhu roku zdarma navštěvovat naše klubová setkání kdekoliv v České republice a využívat slevy na naše vzdělávací akce a další aktivity. V průběhu září Vás zveřejníme na našich webových stránkách jako mentora a čestného člena Minerva 21.
  • Mentoringový program oficiálně začíná 1. 9. 2020.
  • Mentee první kontaktuje svého mentora, na kterého obdrží kontakt. Individuálně si pak domluvíte intenzitu a četnost setkání ať už přes Skype nebo osobně.
  • Na začátku září 2020 se uskuteční první mentoringové setkání, které poslouží zejména k seznámení mentees s mentory a vzájemnému propojení.

Thank you for becoming a Mentor in our 6th year of Mentoring programme in MINERVA 21. We are glad that our yearly Mentoring programme appeals to you. It is focused on women and men who want to increase their personal and professional effectiveness and overcome their limitations and barriers.  From our previous 5 years of experience, we know how effective the MINERVA 21 Mentoring programme is. We hope that together we can “make waves” in our personal, professional and public area.

Mentor is a personal guide to the Mentee in order to achieve her/his personal and professional goals and aspirations

MENTORING INFORMATION – process:

  • All Mentees applications must be received by 30. 6. 2020.
  • The “pairing” of Mentors and Mentees will take place in August 2020.
  • By the end of August we’ll inform all Mentors and Mentees about the results.
  • After the allocation of each Mentee to a Mentor – and receiving the mentioned fee from each Mentee – both become members of MINERVA 21 for the duration of the Mentoring programme – 1. 9. 2020 to 30. 6. 2021.
  • As a member of MINERVA 21 you will be able to attend any of the clubs’ programmes for free and will receive a substantial reduced fees for any other activities and programmes. In September 2020 we will publish on our web all the Mentors and Mentees.
  • Mentoring programme will start 1. 9. 2020 and Mentees and Mentors are strongly encouraged to meet in September at an earliest date possible.
  • It is the primary responsibility for the Mentee to contact the allocated Mentor first and arrange the future meetings.
  • The first Mentoring meeting will take place at the end of September 2020 and will be advertised on MINERVA 21 web.
